This project focuses on the harmonious integration of two residences of 118 and 81 square meters respectively into the natural environment, while maintaining high standards of functionality and aesthetics. The design of these residences focuses on the harmonious coexistence of modern architectural style with the natural environment, while offering comfort, functionality and high aesthetics.

The residences will be strategically placed in a location that takes advantage of the natural slope of the land, providing stunning views to the sea. The positioning and orientation of the buildings will ensure excellent natural light and ventilation, as well as energy efficiency.

The architecture will be characterized by clean lines, simple geometries and modern forms. The use of materials such as glass, metal and concrete will enhance the contemporary aesthetic, while incorporating local materials such as stone and wood to maintain a connection with the environment.

Outdoor areas will include modern gardens with carefully selected local plants, and spacious terraces. The landscaping of these spaces will allow for the creation of private areas for relaxation and entertainment, with an emphasis on shade and coolness through modern architectural solutions.

The choice of materials will be based on quality, durability and ease of maintenance. Wood, metal and glass will dominate, offering an elegant and contemporary feel. The colour palettes will include neutral tones, with bold pops of colour to add vibrancy and personality to the spaces.
