The study concerns the design of a detached house with a total area of 2031 square meters in Ano Kalesa and focuses on the harmonious fusion of traditional Cretan architecture with modern elements of comfort and functionality. The characteristic tiled roof gives the house an authentic traditional character, while ensuring natural coolness and resistance to climatic conditions. The house also has a basement, which is accessible from the main staircase and provides additional storage space or possibilities for adaptation to other uses. In addition, the first floor has a balcony and is designed to function as an office, offering a quiet and secluded working space with views of the surrounding landscape. The design of the house aims to fully integrate with the natural environment of the area, with an emphasis on the use of natural materials such as stone and wood, creating a warm and welcoming space that evokes the principles of Mediterranean architecture.

The exterior of the house is characterized by the impressive swimming pool, which dominates the central point of the garden, offering unobstructed views from the living room.
