Renovation of an apartment on the Heraklion beachfront

The complete renovation of this apartment focused on creating a bright, modern and functional space, perfectly harmonized with the unique view of the Heraklion coastal zone. The design has reconfigured the layout of the spaces, optimising the flow and sense of spaciousness, while large openings enhance the connection with the sea and natural lighting.

The choice of high quality materials, neutral colour tones and minimal decorative interventions exude a sense of calm and elegance. Particular emphasis was placed on upgrading the electromechanical installations and using energy-efficient solutions, enhancing the sustainability of the space.

The final result is a modern and welcoming apartment, ideal for comfortable living, with a unique atmosphere that reflects the dynamics of the city’s coastal front.
